With around 25,000 products to choose from it’s unlikely that you’ll need standard office products that can’t be supplied next day from our main catalogue. However, we appreciate that from time to time you may need something a little out of the ordinary. On these occasions our dedicated ‘specials’ team will source these products on your behalf and provide you with a fixed price quotation, an anticipated delivery date and, where required, appropriate samples to choose from.
Where you use bespoke printed material (from letterheads and compliment slips to perhaps more complex full colour brochures) or specialised office products that are not available from our catalogue, then you need not worry. We are happy to consider stocking products of this nature. The arrangements we’ll make on your behalf mean that you will enjoy next working day delivery on these products too.
Due to the critical nature of these products it’s essential that we manage them both accurately and effectively. Based on your consumption and ordering patterns we will agree between us both minimum and maximum stock levels. This means:
You never run out of stock
You avoid the potential for obsolescence (as you’re not committed to unrealistically large volumes)
You achieve ideal economies of scale (balancing maximising value for money and keeping costs down whilst simultaneously minimising risk)
